J and D Carnival of Dodge City, Kansas will be the Goddard Fall Festival Carnival provider for the 2012 Goddard Fall Festival. The Carnival will be in operation from: 6:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight on Oct. 5 Special Wrist Band Night Buy a wrist band for $20.00 and ride all the rides as many times as you want during operating hours on Friday night.
