Note to Food Vendors. These rules were made for the Chili Contest, but if you are
serving food you must follow the sanitary regulations in all food booths.
You can bring things that are made off-site for concessions if you use
proper storage and temperature controls. The Sedgwick County
Health Department will be at the Festival to insure proper compliance.
Booth Assignments Below
Please check your location as some minor changes have been made on 10-5-12
Booth Assignments are made. Please review as soon as you can. To find out where your booth is located you will need to click on the Booth Location Map and them refer to the assignments below. If you find an error, please call 650-0737 as soon as possible. All vendors that need electricity must provide their own electrical cords to the source. The electricity are on the electrical poles, in front of City Hall and at the SE corner of the Library. If you have problems finding the electricity or your location (which is numbered on the sidewalk) please see a Lions Club Member in the Community Center. To get the Booth location map click here for Booth Location Map. A reminder that booth assignments will be give to you when you arrive at the church.
NOTICE: Toys that look like weapons can not be sold and you are responsible to follow health regulations as set out by the Health Department. Any problems during the day should be reported to the Fall Festival Headquarters stationed in the Community Center at 122 N. Main. If you paid for two or more booths your booth should shown up 2 or more times.
Lion Dan Funke will be at the Community Center Friday 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday and 6:00 to 8:30 AM on Saturday.
