REGISTRATION FORM

Entry fee is $15.00 for each act and if you need your song we can secure for $5.00 or you can bring your own recording of the music in mp3 or or on a CD. Groups and individuals are encouraged to enter. 
NOTE:  If we are providing your music for you, we must have your registration no later than Wednesday, October 4th.

Cash prizes will be given with 1^st place $200, 2^nd place $100 and 3^rd place getting $50.
